2. Your badge design

The following information and photograph will appear on your official badge for the event.

A. Badge information

Select the location you would like to pick up your access badge prior to the event.

B. Badge photo

  • Recent passport-style photo
  • A photograph of your drivers lisence, passport or any other picture id will not be accepted
  • Only the following formats are accepted .jpg, jpeg or gif
  • Maximum file size of 2 MB
  • The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the image
  • Pale or white background
  • No hats or sunglasses
  • Photo must be in colour
