  • Only the following formats are accepted .pdf, .jpg, jpeg or gif
  • The letter must name the applicant and his/her role within the organization
  • The letter must indicate that the applicant's assignment covers the 2017 Royal Tour
  • The letter must be written on official letterhead and be signed by an authorized individual and include that person's contact details

C. Media credentials

  • Only the following formats are accepted .pdf, .jpg, jpeg or gif
  • The media credential must be issued by a recognized professional body
  • A valid passport may be provided in lieu of a media credential
